The property was a 19th Century-built, mid-terrace house spread over 2 floors, with rental history to 4 unrelated, rent-paying tenants.  Due to poor management and upkeep, the property failed to let and was sold to a new investor to be renovated and have its value realised.

The project was to redesign the property to create 6 rentable bedrooms and maximise the market rent.

Tyneside undertook complete management of all stages to deliver a turnkey product. This included the appointment and instruction of the full professional design team, Building Control Inspectors and Health and Safety Consultants.
