Tyneside Developments begin work on Highbury homes – 13 Highbury

November 14, 2020

Tyneside Developments has started work on an exciting new £400k construction contract to create three family homes in Jesmond overlooking the city’s stunning Town Moor.

Working on behalf of our client, we have undertaken the challenge of converting number 13 Highbury, a 7-bedroom student property, into three modern townhouses.

Tyneside Developments has overseen every step of the design process and obtained planning permission for the scheme and we’re delighted to now be on site completing the construction work. Attention to detail is key to ensuring the completed houses meet the expectations of families in the post-Covid world, with people’s priorities shifting dramatically throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

The properties all feature south-facing outdoor spaces and impressive uninterrupted views across the Town Moor. The new homes have been carefully designed to maximise light and space, offering contemporary living inside, while outwardly preserving the historic beauty of one of the most desirable streets in Jesmond. A high-quality finish is one of the hallmarks of any Tyneside Developments project, alongside careful planning and an eye for detail, which allows us to maximise the return for our client, without comprising the end product.

The outcome of the finished project will be three attractive, high-specification family homes, providing much-needed residential housing which we know will be a welcome addition to the neighbourhood.

Tyneside Developments are specialists in finding bespoke solutions for every client. We are always available to provide advice on the potential of a building, or to price for any project.

The properties are being sold by Bradley Hall Estate Agents. To find out more about Tyneside Group, learn about us or get in touch.
