Working on behalf of our client, we have undertaken the challenge of converting number 13 Highbury, a 7-bedroom student property, into three modern townhouses.

Tyneside Developments has overseen every step of the design process and obtained planning permission for the scheme and we’re delighted to now be on site completing the construction work.
