We moved in to the iconic Blue House on Great North Road

Tyneside Group is proud to officially announce the opening of our new office.

We are delighted to reveal that our new home is the iconic Blue House on Great North Road, overlooking Newcastle’s Town Moor.
Following the sale of the Group’s property management business, Tyneside Lettings Company, to Sandyford-based Hive Estates Limited, the time was right for relocation and the Blue House was the perfect choice.

The Tyneside Group has a strong connection to listed and heritage buildings within Newcastle. The company’s growth over the last decade has largely been as a result of the redevelopment of one-of-a-kind buildings, giving them new life through sensitive restoration of their heritage features alongside modern refitting.

Tyneside Group and its construction arm, Tyneside Developments Limited, are now operating from the Blue House, with our experienced teams working on sites across the North East. We have a lot of exciting projects already underway this year and many more ready to launch in 2022 and beyond.
